A downloadable game

Submission for the "Do You WANNA Jam!?" 2023, for which the theme was "Freeze".

A spooky point-and-click where you spend the night defending yourself from monsters trying to break into your cabin and take you away to a place worse than death.  But be careful, you can only last so long away from the warmth of the hearth before the winter will take you instead.

Any kind of feedback, including critiques, is valuable and appreciated. I am very very new to game dev, and want to improve in all the ways that I can.

Currently known issues, I will add to this list as people find them:

Sometimes the buttons won't respond if you press them while moving your cursor too fast (though I think that's less of a me issue and more of a Unity issue).

The cursor icons sometimes get mixed up. I have no clue why they do this, or why it's only a problem sometimes. I guess it just decides to break/fix itself at random. This shouldn't affect the actual game, just be confusing.

Also, I spent three hours of my short life failing in wonderfully new and unique ways to upload a WebGL Build; so if anyone complains that there isn't one, I will politely excuse myself to a dark corner and cry.  :)

this game is really good in concept but the execution makes me want to get executed. the fire mechanics are to slow to keep up with the enemies even when all you do is heat the flame. also sometimes the enemies will ignore the fact that your door is locked and attack you anyway. The enemies will also attack your window even when it is open. this game is the pinnacle of trash its the diamond trash its shiny and pretty on the outside with a neat art style but in the end its still just trash.
